30 founding seats, then a waitlist

A membership for Velocity owners

Get your business to the point where it runs without you.

With me in the room.

Level 7 is the membership for Velocity owners going all the way: a night crew that works while you sleep, and a business that keeps moving when you close the laptop. Every two weeks we fix real problems live. Twice a year I review your own setup on video.

Read this if…

The setup you built works.
Then it drifts.

Velocity got your system running. Then the weeks go by, and:

  • A model changes, and something that worked last week stops working.
  • A rule drifts, and you’re still the one who notices and fixes it.
  • A job breaks at 3am, and there’s nobody to ask.
  • You can’t tell which part of your setup to fix next.
  • You still can’t take a week off.

A business that runs without you still needs fixing every week. Level 7 means you stop doing it alone.

Mark ThompsonWhat still happens to me

That still happens to me. My companies keep running because I fix it the same week and write the fix down.

In Level 7, you bring the thing that broke. I show you what I changed in my own setup this month, with the files. And you watch founders a level ahead of you solve the problem you’ll hit next month.

I’m keeping it small on purpose. I want to know every member’s setup by name.

Level 7 is that week-by-week fixing, done with you.

The top of the ladder

What changes when you get there.

Level 7 is the top of the Velocity ladder: shifts and a night crew. You direct, and the business keeps moving while you sleep.

The level the membership works toward.

  • You open the laptop to finished, checked work.
  • The night crew works while you sleep. Anything it isn’t sure about waits for you.
  • Nothing in the business waits for you to have a free hour.
  • You can take a week off. And the work keeps going.
  • You know what to fix next. Someone who runs the same system has looked at yours.

What changes

Same system. Now you’re not fixing it alone.

Everything you built in Velocity stays. Level 7 adds the people around it: me, a guest expert each month, and founders a level ahead of you.

How it works

Two calls, one guest, one playbook drop, and me in Slack every week.

That is a typical month. Every call is recorded if you miss one, and the schedule is announced before the first call.

The obvious worry

Another monthly bill.
So here is exactly what it asks of you.

Will I have time for this?

One 90-minute call every two weeks, and every call is recorded if you miss one. Between calls, ask in Slack.

I’m not technical.

Neither am I. Velocity got you set up; the calls are about running it.

What if it doesn’t help?

Send in your setup in your first month. If my review doesn’t change how you run your business, I’ll refund your first month.

Is this another course?

Velocity is the course, and you already have it. Level 7 is the calls, the reviews and the room around the setup you built.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn’t

It’s for you if…

  • You own Velocity and at least one agent is doing real work for you.
  • You want the business to keep moving when you’re not at the desk.
  • You’ll turn up to calls and share your setup.

It’s not for you yet if…

  • You want another course. Velocity is the course.
  • You’d rather not show anyone your setup. The reviews won’t work for you.

The offer

Everything you get

A seat in the room that gets your business to the point where it runs without you. The first 30 members pay $197 a month and keep that price for as long as they stay.

  • Hot-seat calls, every two weeks. 90 minutes, two or three members’ real problems fixed live, recorded.
  • An AI-expert guest, every month. An extra live session, recorded.
  • Your setup, reviewed twice a year. A screen video from me, the first in your first month.
  • The monthly playbook drop. What I changed in my own setup, with the files.
  • Members-only Slack. I’m in at two set times every week.
  • Wins board and level badges. Your badge moves as you climb the seven levels.
  • The yearly meetup. Your ticket is included; you cover travel.
  • Mission Control Coming soon The dashboard I run my companies from. Not part of the price.
