Codas Media is operated by Codas Labs, LLC. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Codas Labs, LLC.

What this site is

Codas Media publishes The Multiplier, a weekly letter by Mark Thompson about running a software business with a small team, along with free resources and information about the programs we offer.

Using the site

You may read this site, quote from it with attribution, and link to it. You may not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Our content

The writing, images, code samples, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome. Republishing a whole piece as your own, or using our name or marks to suggest we endorse something we do not, is not.

Where we link out, we are pointing at something we found useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

What this site is not

Everything here is general information drawn from our own experience of running software businesses. Where we describe results we have achieved, those are our own results. They are a record of what happened here, not a prediction of what will happen for you, and nothing on this site is a promise of any particular outcome, saving, or amount of income.

Newsletters and programs

Subscribing to a newsletter is free and you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any issue. Where we sell a program, the terms of that purchase — what is included, what it costs, and any guarantee attached to it — are the ones presented to you at the point of purchase, and those terms govern the purchase itself.

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every statement on it is current.
